*  Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

*  Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

* A receipt of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

*  Custom or personalized items.

*  Gift Cards.

*  Sale or clearance items.

Return Process:

2. Please include your order number and reason for return.

3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and the shipping address.

4. Customers are Responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

*. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
